As a newly restored Tribe, Scotts Valley is proud of the progress we have made.

Scotts Valley is a self-determination Tribe, which means that we have P.L. 638 contracts with the U.S. Government to provide many of the services previously provided by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and Indian Health Service (IHS).

In addition, we receive Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist with housing needs. Scotts Valley also administers a Childcare Subsidy Program.
